Jain primary focus is innovation in the built environment.  Our team of engineers, technologists, energy analysts and LEED® facilitators ensure that every building we are involved with is as green as possible, while remaining conscious of functional and financial impacts that sustainability may have on the project.  Occupant comfort and performance are primary considerations, as are public interest and engagement.

Our firm includes several staff members that are well versed in the LEED Certification process, and thus are able to facilitate green design and construction practices, from leading design charettes to ensuring specifications are written with green building in mind.  We are continuously attending conferences, obtaining literature and conducting research regarding the latest in green building technologies and sustainable materials.

Our team uses a variety of software to perform energy modeling, daylight modeling, and most recently whole-building performance simulation.  Depending on the goal (design decision-making, LEED® compliance, Government Incentives, etc.) the appropriate method of modeling will be selected.
