Natural Resources Building, Sir Sandford Fleming College - Lindsey, Ontario

This is a 40,000 sq. ft. building for which we provided complete mechanical and electrical design services, including design of conduit requirements for IT and Communication. The building was given a grant by the government via the Canadian Incentive Building Program for the energy efficient systems it employed.

The building includes a geo-thermal heat pump system, green roof, rain harvesting system, biological water treatment system, wetlands, heat recovery unit, CO2 control of fresh air, photocell controlled lightning, building automation system, photovoltaics, solar hot water heating, etc.
